🌷 A Far-Far-Away-Horizon... Poetess: Tilottama Vijay Lele
We stay under same roof... Happily for years-n-years... We think we know d person in-n-out But in reality, that's so untrue...
What we know is only a small part We hardly recognise his heart... What's visible is a tip of a glacier D rest is hidden well under water...
Der comes a time when we see, Absolutely nothing in his eyes... As if we're in front of a vast sea So near n yet like a far-away-tree...
We find his eyes totally blank... Though bodily he's in front of us, But his heart n Mind R really absent As if roaming on other planets...
We feel like he's a total stranger, For a time being, lost somewhere... Or hiding things for no apparent reason Like a peaceful / wild unpredictable Ocean
Der R various phases of d ocean... High-tides R when Der's a full Moon Ocean gulps all kinds of stuff within... On low-tides it throws that out like Sins
We imagine that we know Everything... But realistically it's d opposite thing We see things in limited dimension... D complete picture remains unknown...
A human Life n Mind R complicated... It's intricate nature can't be predicted Our knowledge is extremely limited... Yet d humanity factor is uninhibited
We can't fully understand d Ocean... Likewise we can't fully know any person He's just like a far-far-away-Horizon Changing colours like a chameleon...
