Human Beings have a complex Mind
It thinks n overthinks all-d-time...

World feels small when we trap ourselves
By worrying for d things that're useless

Our thoughts R not always real
Not to believe in them which R trivial

D moment when we get out of them,
N stretch d mind to know time’s wasted

Often worry can become a routine
Then we'll slip into it without realising

During this time, worry can become like
A routine ’cuppa’ that we can’t skip

We worry about d future, about people,
About how d things we'll tackle…

We worry if it’s Okay or we need to rush
We forget that life isn’t waiting for us…

N somewhere amongst all those worries,
We totally forget to simply live…

We’re on a planet that’s breathtaking
Filled with places we’ve never seen...

Der R people we’ve never met…
Der R awesome Sunrises n Sunsets…

By worrying we miss tiny Lil pleasures
We go after out-of-our-reach treasures

Often we wonder how d worrying,
Becomes easier than actual living…

We get used to think more n feel less.
Life won’t wait for things that're baseless

It happens right here, in this moment
We scroll d sites n race through objects

N forget that “Peace isn’t in reaching”,
Oftentimes “Peace ’s in pausing.”

In noticing how Sunlight falls on our desk
N feeling breeze that touches our face

In realizing we’re still here, still breathing,
Still capable of feeling every single thing

Living really means, spontaneity
It isn’t rushing n planning endlessly…

Because world is too small to worry,
N too big, to not live happily…

Showing up for small, ordinary moments
That make our lives worthwhile to spend

Worrying subconsciously is a bad habit
To live in d present, is always right

We shrink Life when worry is in charge
Without worries d Life-span will enlarge

We remain in same loop of overthinking
Blind about future, without even knowing

Life is too short to get stuck in our heads,
Without overthinking let's-live-life instead

A slight pause to notice things around us
Touch of breeze, Sunlight n feel d Bliss

Through our simple act of breathing,
We realise that life is truly worth living.

It’s so easy to get lost in worries
N forget to notice magic of simple things

Needlessly worrying n chasing big things
N missing out on our Life's subtle joys

Worrying won’t do us good, it’ll drain us
So let's stop worrying n spread smiles

Tiny Li'l moments R magical...
They make our life better n beautiful…
