🌷 Adopting-Water-Philosophy...

Flowing water makes a pleasant noise…
We're much like water, percentage-wise 

Like water let's be flexible in body n mind
N not to be rigid n stubborn of d kind 

It easily adapts in different circumstances.
D way we think, it'll be ready for changes

We can actually learn a lot about our life 
From nature of water with d perspective 

In Sanskrit Water's "Jeevan" means "Life"
Water occupies 70% of human physique

For some organisms n for all humans,
It’s present in heart, brain n other organs

H2O can be found throughout our bodies
From d skin to muscles, bones n kidneys

Each tissue has this essential substance 
It helps to regulate functions of organs…

In many ways it is influential in our life,
It can be a Guiding-force to deal with life

Attitude towards life’s obstacles, defines 
If they're life-long or temporary declines  

We've to deal with them in different forms 
N it matters, how we handle d storms…

D challenges n obstacles as they come,
Some will complain some will be numb 

We can use d nature of water practically,
To overcome our life’s problems skillfully 

D best way for us to adapt as individuals,
Through flexibility as we’re living-mortals

Therefore let's Be like water in life,
It's changing, adapting n coping all d time 

But when d flow of a situation changes,
Then Der R no more consistent phases 

When one avenue might seem blocked 
Let's be persistent like water, to unlock… 

Just to find another way around...
Waters change d course, then surround 

Our thoughts n intentions can impact…
D physical realm of each-n-every object...

On a molecular level if water is exposed,
To human word-sound-thoughts formed...

What we say makes all of d difference,
In shaping these aqua-crystal structures.

Sound has an effect on each water crystal
D sound of music can be loud or subtle 

Certain sounds produce great crystals...
While others generate distorted results…

Water has great significance in our lives, 
N this was recognized since ancient times

This principle is applied in Martial Arts…
To water-waves, a surfer similarly adapts 

It's a wisdom of life’s most important force
Let's apply it than being a fighting-source.

If we learn to flow with life’s currents 
Rather than swim against them, up front 

Let's be friendly with d Nature of Things. 
We‘ve stability in d way we approach life.

Adopting philosophy is a lifetime process 
For Mental-Physical Balance n Success
