Calmness won't make us smarter 
But anger'll surely make us dumber 

A Calm Mind can be a useful weapon 
It'll beat hustle, luck n talent even...

In a fight, Monks move just like water... 
Strike with precision n move better...

Their minds R, like still water in d lake...
But bandits burn hot with greed n rage...

Monks've smoother, easier actions...
Mind's a mirror, reflects without distortion

Oftentimes our thoughts R deceiving...
Under stress d brain starts sprinting... 

“Slow is smooth n smooth is fast.”
Become clumsy with racing thoughts 

Panic makes us stupid n beatable...
N anger makes us quite predictable...

If we watch Masters Playing Chess,
They focus without slamming pieces

N anticipate how d opponent thinks  
Always d calmer player, wins...
