If we focus n pay attention to details...
A simple truth can transform us well…

To look at Oneself in d mirror, 
N smile an eternal smile of ours...

It can be hard for us to love ourselves 
At our worst n even at our best self...

To accept all sorts of habits of ours,
We find it hard to accept n love ourselves 

To see through d lense of our own being
Who we’re n who we ought to be...

Right in our mess or in our strengths, 
Until we evolve into our Best Sense…

No matter how hard it is for us to exist 
We must survive as d story isn't finished 

But it’s important to never give up…
N get d most from individual-set-up…

It's important, we need to evolve…
N be d best version of ourselves. 

In order to look ourselves in d mirror 
N be happy in acceptance of who we're. 

To ask Oneself, ‘Who am I really' ?
N to find it's answer essentially...

It'll take time, but don’t let d mind trick us 
For both can evolve into d best versions

Despite being around d people we love
We don’t need to isolate ourselves…

Let's treat every day as sacred…
As if it’s d Life's last Day...

It's hard to love n accept ourselves…
At times when we just want to escape…

Far away from our own shadow...
But running away is in vain n hollow…

We can’t change tomorrow or next month
But we can try to change d very moment

We can choose to make a change Within.
We want to evolve n a path we'll find…

D journey is a moment by moment...
Without caring about critic’s comments 

We should be alert n not be self-critical 
Though hard we'll get Der going full circle 

N finally we'll be able to see ourselves 
Through our own eyes, our true image 

We'll grow more courageous n happier 
Confident like what we're suppose to be

Action of accepting our inherent mess,
Peep in d mirror to appreciate ourselves

A lovely philosophy for healthy living...
Probably Li'l tough but still rocking...
