Poem : 🌷 " Complex Mind "

Human mind is one of it's kind...
It's a blend of complicated Things...

24 X 7 Thought-waves R emerging...
Like d waves of mighty-ocean, beating

We remain awake at late nights,
Staring at ceiling, mind excites...

Speculating about unreal things...
Worried about problems, non-existing

It's just that our Mind's playing...
Totally imaginary games, just in our mind

Der's positivity n also negativity in play...
It's certain, we've to play both either ways 

Inside us, Der R two voices...
Giving two different choices...

A Negativity Monster who's loud, draining
It feeds us doubts without asking...

A Positivity Baby who's quiet n gentle...
Waiting to get attention with a smile...

N then Der's a default setting...
But in reality defaults R non-existing...

It's again a game that our Mind's throwing
A negativity monster'll be silently working

It'll ask us to give up or face d failure
It'll discourage n give mental torture

Or if lucky a positivity Baby 'll be smiling
When a thought of gratitude is peeking

It waits for it's turn to be noticed,
It can't feed itself, so waits to be fed...

Then Positivity Baby becomes stronger,
Whispers to focus n stop watering d fears

Encourages us to become a warrior
N assures us that we'll do better-n-better

That'll help us to stay positive n at peace.
Mind is Complex but We Can Control IT
