Poem : 🌷 " Li'l Teachers "

Little Ones can easily spend an hour,
Watching ants as crumb-carriers...

They won’t check d watch or get bored...
Instead they'll be fascinated n floored 

Exactly that same sense of wonder...
Spiritual seekers try to recapture...

Through many practices n concentration
Like mindfulness n contemplation...

They express their needs without shame
When they R hungry, they'll say d same

They  always show us n teach us... 
That it's not shameful to express needs

D Li'l ones forget n forgive instantly...
They scream n cry also full heartedly...

Li'l later, they’ll be cuddling n smiling
As if whatever happened, is just nothing

These Li'l teachers don’t hold grudges
They fully express their feelings n forget 

Never ruminate on past or plot a revenge
They easily forgive n quickly forget... 

This natural forgiveness shows us... 
We waste lots of energy on resentments. 

Youngsters understand instinctively... 
What wise people teach explicitly...

They approach with curiosity n openness
This acceptance is humanity’s Essence...

Li'l kids see humanity in everyone...
N connect with d Underneath-Person...

They Know Joy Needs No Reason...
N spin in circles with a happy-expression 

They don’t need a reason for celebrating
N jump in puddles for joy of splashing

Joy isn’t something they schedule...
It’s their default state as a rule...

They know that Joy's Der at d moment 
N Der's no need of any accomplishment

Adults often postpone happiness, 
Think, they'll be happy after success...

D ability to find joy in simple pleasures
Reflects d lessons of spiritual teachers.

D Li'l Teachers Trust Their Instincts...
N they don't second-guess things...

They don't hold Inner Critic's Questions 
While adults question every decision...
