Life is like a seesaw, going up n down all-d-time...
N outside world's pressure tries to trap us sometime

Self-isolation is greatest ally when life gets tough,
It's first instinct that strikes without warning enough

We badly want to escape , mostly from social media ...
By not replying, logging out of accounts of multimedia

When it suffocates, we'd know those R d only options,
We'd grab them, to vanish readily into isolation...

When such an urge strikes, d sanctuary is our home...
To do some things out of blue while relaxing alone...

Just to rest n throw off, d weight on our shoulders
N to pause, value things we've not appreciated before

Life won’t wait for us; it will continue on its own
We try to find parts of us that we keep losing alone

During our-isolation, we'll find our own version...
To breathe freely again n free us from chaos n tension
