Perfection is an illusive process...
Pursuing it, is a recipe for unhappiness...

In ways, people make life hard on themselves.
Pursuit of perfection, is one of d ways...

If we R perfectionist in one way or another,
Anything less than perfect becomes a failure

N failing is totally unacceptable to us...
So we'll feel miserable all d time thus...

Becuz whatever we do or gain or achieve,
It'll be never good enough to believe...

If our eyes R only aimed at perfection,
We'll miss d gains becuz of misconception...

Even though we're making good progress,
As it’s not good enough, we'll just dismiss

Blaming ourselves, we'd feel disappointment
We're only humans, is an understatement...

Striving for perfection can be detrimental...
Simply becuz perfection is unattainable...

It’s completely unrealistic n quite brutal...
Striving for perfection can be stressful...

If nothing less than perfect is acceptable,
Chances R that we'll not try to be better...

An unattainable goal is "Perfection"...
So let's choose Satisfaction Over Perfection...
