We've a general perception that Nature is remote...
N it’s somewhere out there, far away in the scope...

We've to leave our routine, busy-lives-behind...
To fully access n benefit from it's effects-on-mind

D fact is wherever we're, d Nature surrounds us...
We're it's integral-part like earth-sky-birds-n-animals

If we quieten our analytical mind, to listen n observe,
Everywhere we'll feel n enjoy d presence of Nature...

Symphonies of Birdsong play 24/7 as we do chores
D sweet scent of damp-earth by dew-filled-morning-air

N alongside highway ramps, lovely sights of flowers...
Nature with it's beauty, surprise-n-unfold before-us

Whether we're walking-along city's-streets or parking
Or sitting quietly in a meadow, it's very refreshing...

When we step outside or travel into d wilderness...
Let's follow perspectives n practices of Mindfulness...

Thus we can invite Wonder of Nature n it's tranquility
Der R number of things, to be learnt from it's Majesty
