We need to be extra careful with our thoughts...
We have 36 trillions of cells in d body, through out...

A lot depends on d cohesion of cells with each other...
Health is dependent upon harmonic balance with one another...

All systems of our body play together with our army of cells...
If Der is lack of harmony, it'll lead towards diseases n illnesses...

Each n every cell of our body, represents us independently...
All 36 trillions of our body cells, create good health collectively...

About 330 billion cells i.e. 1 % of all our cells, get replaced daily...
So In 100 days, 30 trillion will get replenished to form a new entity...

Probably that’s why Rumi said, “we R not a drop in d ocean...”
But “ We R an Ocean, in every drop of d Ocean...”
