Sometimes in d swirl of a life upheaval,
We need new rules, to adopt a new ritual...

When all seems to be going wrong,
N life is no more a melodious song...

When we can’t seem to catch a break,
N don't see, what any of d mishaps R meant...

It's natural to have d thoughts of intrigue...
Sometimes it leads to a phase of disbelief

We need to find ways to embrace d thoughts...
We can turn into Within n then join d dots

After that we'd return to d present moment...
N deal with each problem, with positive strength

Perhaps a challenge arises, to teach us a lesson...
So need to approach d crisis with more intention...

Often challenges we face R simply an opportunity
To cultivate a trust that, things'll work out in totality
