Der's a world outside n also inside...
We've an unstable n complex Mind…

We easily get hurt, wounded n insulted...
We carry emotions n feel suffocated...

Healing requires One's true bravery...
Acknowledging depth of our memory 

Healing is not so quick n easy,
It’s painfully long n quite messy...

If we feel being broken all over again,
Beneath pain healing's rebuilding, then 

When we feel nothing is left in d world,
A powerful tool keeps pushing us forward 

Der R moments when d pain is very deep
It seems impossible even to breathe.

We wonder if we'll ever feel whole again,
In those moments, d total energy 'll drain

Oftentimes healing begins in silence, 
When d noise of outside world fades...
