I am Tilottama Lele a poetry enthusiast.

By nature, am a spiritual person & an avid foodie who loves travelling.

Spending time with my grandsons is an absoute treat. Other than that I enjoy playing Sudoku, watching movies, trail walking and appreciating nature’s beauty in every form.

Also I love to write poetry in Marathi, Hindi and English. I have started this blog to keep a record of my poems which can then be shared with everyone.

Poem : 🌷 " Hopeful Ray "
Poetess : Tilottama Vijay Lele

We carry loads of weight from d past,
We try our level best to shake it fast...

But d weight we carry'll never be lifted 
N deep scars of d wounds R wicked...

It's not about never feeling pain again,
But learning to live with it n remain sane

Sometimes healing begins in silence,
When d noise of outside world fades...

N there're just us n our thoughts...
N d terrifying moments full of doubts...

D pain we'll feel louder n bigger...
Nothing 'll distract us from d deep hurt...

But it’s in that stillness of pain n times
Where d first crack of healing begins...

It’s in d inner world's total quietness,
We hear d whispers of our own strength...

That may get buried under all d hurt.
We begin to realize d feelings of alert...

Something inside us refuses to give up,
Healing is a crooked line, zooming up…

Falling down n then getting back again,
Time spent crying-feeling-unending pain

Then we find d courage to face a new day
When pain fades, we see d Hopeful Ray...
