Mind is full of doorways we don’t notice...
Until we walk through, without practice...

Walking through thresholds resets d Mind,
Human-attention-span is of a goldfish-kind...

We need to tackle problems tactfully,
We've opportunities to-use-it-beneficially...

We can reduce negative thinking pattern,
With a technique of Reset, Shift n Return...

We enter a room n forget why we’re Der...
It’s not dementia, our brain needs fresh air...

Nothing broken, a momentary confusion
We can overcome n remind initial intention

Science calls this common experience,
D 'Doorway Effect' of Universal Humans...

This isn’t just about physical doorways.
Threshold effect occurs when One switches

We change convo-topics or turn pages,
Then our mind creates invisible doorways...

If it's hard to remember d exact content,
When read text-msgs-it's a Digital doorway.

When we forget d beginning of a sentence,
As we reach it's end, is a Linguistic-doorway.

If we pause at doorways, taking a breath...
Mentally noting our actions, before we step...

Der'll be many thresholds throughout d day,
It's Better to be Mindful, that's d Best Way...
